Completely untrue. Yoko Ono was famous in the art world before she met John Lennon. She did not do nails ever! What you are meaning with this question is somewhat racist--if not completely racist. Yoko Ono actually made John Lennon's fortune much bigger for him when he was alive because she took over the ';family business.'; So, no she wouldn't have to be a nail technician--not that there is anything wrong with it, but again, your question borders on racism.
