This i a nail biting, hair pulling non-admin windows xp pro problem!?

I have windows XP Professional. And its my mom's old computer but she used to be an administrator. And she set the administrator privileges to her account only. She set a password to her account though. so i can't get in to set the administrator privileges to my account. and she says she doesn't remember cause it was a long time agoI've'v tried EVERYTHING! Iv tried x-scan, Iv tried scr scan, even tried hacking the password with cmd and going onto safe mode! but I just can't get into her account. then after 6 hours of trying to crack the code of getting administrator advantages... I finally snapped that on the startup screen (the old style without the blue welcome screen) that the administrators account does not appear! and it never did! it just dissappeared when my mom stopped using the computer and two other random accounts appeared which i cannot access because it says they are invalid or somethin.I can only see the administrator on cmd. and worse of all. I can't access the other two accounts because they say their inaccessible. But in my desktop account, on my computer. In acer and further into documents and settings. I can actually access the administrators document. but the dministrators desktop and files dont appear, only some do....unimportant ones. so i can't get into is control panel. If you haven't guesed yet...Im a non admin account user that is desperate to do ANYTHING to get administrator privaledges! HELP!This i a nail biting, hair pulling non-admin windows xp pro problem!?
OK, so here are two solutions that are almost guaranteed to work:

1. Download the OphCrack LiveCD (warning: huge download, but should finish in a few hours at most if you have a fast connection) here:

http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/download鈥?/a>

Burn it to CD; insert it into the computer; reboot the computer; and follow on-screen instructions.

Problems:

* You use a dial-up connection (or other really slow connection) OR you don't have burn privileges. Solution: Use #2, or burn the CD on someone else's computer.

* You can't boot from CD. Solution: Either use #2, or reconfigure BIOS settings (probably you can do this by pressing something like F1 as the computer is starting up) so that CD boots before hard disk. If you can't get into the BIOS, there's always #2...

2. Follow the instructions here: http://loginrecovery.com/

Problems:

* The service fails to retrieve the password. In this case, use #1.

* You don't have a floppy drive. In this case, try #1.

* Both CD and floppy are set to boot after hard disk, and you can't get into the BIOS. Yeah, that's a problem. Search ';reset BIOS password'; on Google.
