To all Pro-Gun/ Anti-Gun people, would this put the final nail in the Pro-Gun coffin?

Today, at 12:15 p.m. at gun-show in Vermont John King, a clerk, despite obtaining his firearms legally (passing ALL necessary checks) %26amp; sitting many MANY hours of Gun Safety classes, takes one of his legally bought machine guns into the gun show in Vermont %26amp; started firing into the crowd.


DESPITE the hundreds of guns there, all loaded with LIVE ammunition, people ran away screaming, or cowered behind gun stands.


By the end of the day, John had killed 51 %26amp; injured at least a hundred more before putting a bullet into his head.To all Pro-Gun/ Anti-Gun people, would this put the final nail in the Pro-Gun coffin?
Considering the fact that there were NO murders with legal machine guns PRIOR to the 1986 ban, your scenario would just be more proof that BANS CAUSE MURDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What gun show allows hundreds of guns to be loaded.Any gun show I have ever been to you are not allowed to load the guns.This guy decided to break the law.Because the rest of the people there must have been law biding they were not able to return his fire.Since the Supreme is upholding the peoples rights to have guns don't expect this to help your cause any.

talk about them guns, heres a scenario for you. you dont own one, a crack head comes in with his. you could have shot him, before he killed you and raped your wife. hate guns now?

touching (people can kill with their bare hands, pushing, punching, etc)


any type of weapon (gardening tools, baseball bats, chemicles, hell i seen people kill others with the remote controll to there TV)





matterfact, why not just lock us up in our houses because the world is ';unsafe';.........give me a break! guns dont kill people, people kill people........if i wanted to kill someone, trust me, they will be dead, no matter which way i go about it

edit:::You dont know how these criminals think.....if they wanted you dead, and they had the chance to kill you, they will do it, no matter what weapon they use......i seen people kill with almost anything, does that mean you gonna ban everything......a killer can easily beat the **** out of you using a shovel....are you gonna ban that? someone can stab you with a knife, a long needle, a pen, etc are you going to ban that? the point is that life,its full of risk, people die, you risk you life from the second you wake up to second you fall asleep.... you can die from anything, so why worry about it?
you cant stop everyone with a gun. but there are ways to limit these shootings by not letting people carry a gun around with them all the time just because it their right to defend themselves, but little do you know about the many people that get killed with there own gun and the children playing cowboys cause they found a gun on the bookshelf, table, shed or even in mums purse. i live in australia with strict gun laws, an dyes people do get killed with guns here, but you don't hear about kids getting a little angry and go on a killing spree at school with dads gun and the hundreds of bullets they could casually buy without a licence in the local store. or big shoot outs in the street.
